EVP of Sales
Rick joins GCS as the Executive Vice President of Sales with 20+ years of experience in the telecom industry, working for large corporations such as IBM and Lucent Technologies, along with startups and mid-size companies. He has served in many roles throughout his exciting professional career, including Director of Support and Engineering, Senior Account Executive and VP Market Development. Most notable was his recent employment at Sonus as Senior Account Executive where he successfully sold and deployed products in excess of $16M over the course of 4 years.
Rick’s strength and passion is selling cutting-edge products that guarantee Service Providers and Carriers not only world-class performance and reliability, but maximum profitability and a clear path to growth and expansion. His ability to act quickly on his feet “and think outside the bun” along with his vast customer experience and relationships, fit nicely into the GCS Team and the GCS culture.
When Rick isn’t spending time traveling and spreading the GCS word, he enjoys life with his wife, family and friends in the Boston area and Cape Cod, MA. Rick is an avid Boston sports fan (much to the chagrin of the NJ based GCS gang) and enjoys golf, mountain biking, sailing, beaching it, running, skiing and all games with paddles, racquets, sticks and balls!
