Before joining GCS in 2007, Jordan's telecommunication career extends all the way back to1999 beginning at ITXC (one of the industry's first pure-play VoIP wholesale carriers) with stops at Teleglobe, Infiniroute and TNS. Jordan brings years of experience designing and building workforce automation solutions specifically for the telecommunications industry.

Jordan has held a variety of positions including: Developer of internal systems, and Manager of software engineering and integration. Here at GCS, Jordan is responsible for leading all software development activities. Jordan received his BA in Quantitative Business Analysis from The Pennsylvania State University.
