Director of Support Engineering
Brian Kirby joined GCS in 2007 and oversees the company's Network Operations and Support teams which are responsible for ensuring that all GCS customers maximize the benefits of the GCS Dynamic Solutions. Brian, also a veteran of ITXC, is an expert at Next Gen Networks, Inter-carrier voice management, OSS/BSS systems and has an incredible set of communications and management skills. Brian is able to handle all facets of the GCS system as it relates to any part of the hardware or software installations, troubleshooting, or support areas.
Prior to joining GCS, Brian was the Director of Customer Support at Field Ops Network which was a telecom outsource support shop in all facets of the VoIP world.
Brian stays busy coaching his two daughters' soccer teams and likes to hit the links when time permits. Brian received his Bachelors Degree from Louisiana State University and has been in the Telecom Arena for the last 16 years.
