What's the full gamut of the GCS operations?
Hmmm. That question is a little personal, don’t you think?
But, let me see if I can answer it. More out of curiosity, to see what the gamut of our operations really looks like when written down.
So, we obviously have the following departments:
1. Software development
2. Tier 3 engineering
3. Tier 1 & Tier 2 support
4. We have our SBC team
5. Our Cloud infrastructure team
6. Our NOC
Am I missing something? I don’t think so. I think that is the macro-gamut (is that really a phrase?).
What’s neat about us, at least I think so, is that we are a product AND a service company. We build and manage our products, but we also provide service through our Carrier-in-a-Box, CDRecon, and other cloud based offerings. It gives us a real-world understanding of the challenges and needs our customers confront when they run our software in their infrastructure.
