Ani, What are the goals for GCS?

Thanks for asking. Our goals are pretty straightforward. First and foremost, our primary goal is to help voice carriers improve the way they manage their interconnect voice operations. Everything else is a derivative off of that goal.

Through our software, support, and domain expertise we want to help carriers improve the way they manage their interconnect voice operations. We do this by offering a world class routing system, a best-of-breed rating management system, an out of this world, automatic, rate ingestion system, and a massively scalable, blazing fast, unbelievably reliable, carrier management system. This is what we do, this is who we are. Sure, it’s not the sexiest thing. It’s not cold fusion. It’s not sending rockets to Mars. It’s not inventing time travel. But, to us, it is what we have decided to be great at! And based on our customers, which include: Vonage, Windstream, Frontier, TOFANE, PTGi and more than 50 others, we must be doing it right.

Our goal is to be the GOAT of interconnect voice OSS platforms. Messi & Rinaldo can fight for GOAT for soccer (futbol), Lebron James & Michael Jordan for basketball, Wayne Gretzky & Sid Crosby for hockey, but when it comes to interconnect voice, we want it to be GCS and we are chasing that goal every day.
